"My plan for the transfer is because I have not withdrawn it yet, I want to buy a one-acre piece of land. I already talked to the seller before and he agreed to sell at $350. The aim of buying the piece of land is to build my home. Currently, I stay at my parent's home after being separated from my husband nine years ago. Based on that, my four children will not be comfortable nor valued at their grands' homestead in my absence since I moved out of my marriage with them. Therefore this plot will be an asset to them, a property that they have the right to inherit. In addition to that, I have three goats and I aim to buy another three to have a good number of goats that will serve as an investment. Since I have been over-relying on charcoal burning for the last 30 years, I am now exhausted. I am thinking of a business that I will start so that I can have an income-generating activity to enable me to provide for my family."
