Sidi
received a $27 fourteenth payment.
"My main objective for this year is to gather all the necessary materials and construct a home for myself. My house collapsed a year ago, and since then I have been unable to build another one because of a lack of money. My son, who has a job in town, was kind enough to let me use his house as he never comes home frequently. I'm going to start building my house with the money from the transfers after buying iron sheets, cement, stones, and building sand."

received a $27 fourteenth payment.
"The investment of the transfer proceeds toward the purchase of goats will be my greatest accomplishment this year and moving forward. I currently have 8 goats in total, and my goal is to increase this herd to a sizable size. The proceeds from the sale of some of the goats will then be used to purchase cows. The price of a cow can range from $50000 to $80000. This sum is enormous and can address many of my issues. Many cows equal a lot of wealth that can be cashed in at any time."

Sikubali
received a $27 sixth payment.
"The successful completion of my secondary education with no outstanding school fee balances will be my greatest achievement this year and moving forward. This will encourage me to increase my savings the following year so that I can guarantee my enrollment in college. I have a strong desire to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. Once I reach this goal, I will be happy and grateful."

Zawadi
received a $27 fourteenth payment.
"I have a lot of goals for this year, but my top priority is to save enough money to launch a business. It would be wise to start another profitable business since I don't make enough money from selling charcoal to support my family. In this regard, I want to launch a small kiosk business selling fruits, vegetables, and fish that are fresh. I'll eventually turn the company into a fast-food restaurant and make a fortune."

"Lack of reliable source of income is the challenge I am currently facing. My husband is jobless here at home and I do sell firewood as my job. I have a family of nine members seven being children. I earn $100 per month from the sale of the firewood. This money caters for only school fees and it is not even enough. My first second born daughter is now out of school.due to lack of school fees."

"Life has become quite challenging since I am required to actively engage in charcoal work despite having eye-problem. Since the economy is high, depending on my son is an added burden on him because he already has 5 children to take care of. This has compelled me to source my cash to make ends meet. This has not been an easy task because the work is so energy-intensive yet its income is usually low, say $30 per month. Considering the cost of living, this can not be enough to sustain my needs and I have always felt so bad going to bed hungry. Hence, I consider financial constraints to be my biggest challenge."

Rama

"I want to build my own house. I am currently living in my elder brother's house that he lent me. I want to at least have a house of my own. I will need an approximate of 24 sheets of iron to build this house. Iron sheets are expensive and they are the reason I am yet to build. I am planning to use GD transfers this year to achieve this iron sheets so I can build and I will build as I buy the material. I have so far bough nails worth $4 and 3 iron sheets at $30 and will add to this number as the year goes by."

Samuel
received a $27 sixth payment.
"My uncle is a trailer driver, he has promised me if I am able to get a driving license he will teach me how the trailer transport business works for a year and then help me secure a job with his employers. I saved $30 from February transfers and I hope to get to $180 which will be sufficient for this training. I want to be able to get this opportunity because I now do Motorcycle taxi business and I am not making much and I would like to change this. I also live in a one room house with my family, I want to expand to at least a three roomed house. My hope is I will have enough money to put up this new structure for my family."

"My aim for this year is to finally get myself an economic activity. I do nit have a job and my husband is a casual construction worker. I want to start saving at least $5 from each transfer until I get to $100 which I will use to set up the general shop. I also want to build my family a bigger house. we are a family of four that lives in a one room house which is not sufficient. I want to add a two room house which will mean we will have three rooms for my family."
